Busy Boy

Cullan has been a busy boy the past 2 days. Wednesday he got to go to my office and meet everyone. We had a great time at the Halloween lunch catching up. Today I got my flu shot then we went to Lisa's, Cullan's Day care, so she could meet him. Chris was home early this evening so Cullan and Chris worked on carving their pumpkin. Special thanks to his Aunt Kimmay for his adorable Halloween shirt :)

Pumpkin Patch

We have had a fun weekend. Saturday was rainy so I went and got a Pumpkin Facial and then Watched football with my 2 boys! Maddie Loves Cullan and is always checking in on him. Today we went to a farm where they had a giant pumpkin patch. We went on a hay ride out to the pumpkins and Cullan got to pick his very first halloween pumpkin, with Chris' help.

Doctors, Doctors and More Doctors!!

All Cullan and I do is go back and forth to doctors! For me it has come to an end! Yesterday, I got my clear to live my life normal again. I can start exercising too. For the first time I have really been feeling good all week and not experiencing much pain. It took the full 6 weeks to recover, but I think I am finally better. Cullan just has a bad case of baby acne. I have been keeping moisturizer on it and we put him back on Soy formula. The doc just said that it will run its course. It got so bad, but this morning his little face looks so much better. These pictures were taken yesterday when his face was still really red. Hopefully by the next posting his little face wont be so red. Chris and I are taking him to the pumpkin patch on Sunday!

Cullan is now 6 weeks old. He is more alert and smiles all the time. I finally caught one on camera. My poor baby has some kind of red outbreak on his face. When we went to the doc 2 weeks ago she said he had baby acne and to let it run its course. It has gotten really bad the last few nights so I am taking him back in the morning to see if there is something we can do. Poor thing is so red and dry. We ran the humidifier but it is still pretty bad. I think it could be eczema. He is sleeping from about 9pm to 4am currently so we are hoping soon he will go til 5am.

First Trip to New York

This weekend was Cullan's First Trip. We went to New York for a close family friends wedding. The weekend was beautiful and the wedding was wonderful. Cullan was able to spend time with his Grandpat and Nene too. He did really well for his first time staying at a hotel and Cullan stayed with a sitter during the reception. I did really well and Chris and I stayed for 4 hours. I enjoyed my first time out but was excited to get back to my baby boy. Cullan was a hit at the wedding in his little fireman button up and pants :) He is such a handsome and good little boy, he didnt make a peep during the ceremony! We cant wait to take him on his next trip.

Getting so Big

Cullan will be one month on Wednesday. He is getting bigger everyday and I want to freeze time. I am loving being able to be with him to watch him grow everyday. He lifts his head and holds it for a bit, pushes himself up when on his belly and talks to himself when he is in his play yard. He is just so cute and makes me laugh all the time.

He loves bath time and never cries. Only when we take him out and he is cold and wet.
