Family Fun

Cullan was sick all last week with a Stomach Virus. Friday I took him to see his GiGi on Friday and he had fun getting into everything. Especially playing with the tupperware on his head.

Saturday we went to The Brent Event for a aquaintace i went to High School with struggling with cancer. Chris and Brents Relay team still to this day hold the First Colony Relay record. Please Keep Brent in your Prayer.

I got to see some of my favorite people at the 1 mile Walk :)

Monday I took Cullan through the carwash. At first he was liking it until the big Wash things (dont know what you call them) started running along the car and shaking us. They he had the biggest frown on his face.

Cullan found the Fan. He thinks it is so funny to run up to it and stick his face in the breeze.

Busy Little Bees

We have had an exciting couple of weeks. Mom, Larry, Cullan and I went to Dallas for the weekend to the TX OU game and the State Fair. Cullan stayed with his Aunt Anna for the day while we played at the fair.

Cullan loves to play chase. He tries to get maddie to chase him and loves when i run after him. So here he is running (he runs everywhere these days)

Then Hanging on my leg and whining for either juice or his bink. He hangs on my leg when he is tired or wants something.

Now he is playing chase with maddie. They run all over the house together. And he loves to open the door and close it all by himself.

He is wiping the floor with his socks i think. He does that to floors and table. Everyone says "you cleaning like Mommy". I guess I am becoming more domestic because he gets it from somewhere. If he has a paper towel, towel or socks he starts wiping down the floor.

This is a New development... opening the bottom drawer and climbing in. I would just like to take note of what movie is on the screen... SHREK!!! I dont know what it is about that movie that he loves so much. So i was letting him sit in the drawer but now he is trying to climb up on the tv center soooo... i am putting a stop to getting in the drawer.

Sunday we went to the Rice Harvest Festival in Old Katy. Cullan rode his very first Pony :)

I have to put Maddie away while he eats because if i dont he feeds her most of his dinner. The proof is in the video! This is what happens when i forget to stick her in the bedroom!!

CHRIS COMES HOME NOVEMBER 19TH TO DECEMBER 10TH!!!!

WE CANT WAIT TO SEE HIM AND SPEND THANKSGIVING WITH THE WHOLE FAMILY!!

Beautiful Weekend and 1 Year Check up

Saturday we went over to Mom and Larry's for the Texas game which was a complete disaster! Worst game i had seen in a long time and broke my heart but I have to keep my faith since we are going to Dallas for the OU game that the Horns will pull it together.

Sunday evening I started working on Laundry and packing for this weekend. I turned around and Cullan had crawled up into the big bed all by himself and was putting my sleep mask on his head.

Then he showed it to me of course. Anything he finds he shows it to you and then runs off.

Then we got on the couch to read a book and he picked his birthday book from his daddy. So we looked at pictures of Notre Dame...

He paused to play with his feet..

And Clap his hands while i sang the Alphabet song...

Then he read on his own! A lot of times after i read to him he takes the book and babbles and reads all by himself. My little boy is growing up so fast.

Cullan NEVER stops. I mean he NEVER stops. The only thing he will mellow out for is to watch Shrek. he LOVES Shrek 3 and I just got him the second which he likes too but not like the 3rd one. I think i know the movie by heart. So this is my point that he is busy all the time. Into everything and running around constantly. It was time for bed after the story but of course where did I find Cullan... Riding his Airplane!!

Monday was our first real fall day. Cool enough for him to finally wear jeans. I got him dressed and thought he looked so Handsome i had to take some pics.

Maddie and Cullan are Bff's. She often sleeps in his room with him and never sleeps with me anymore. She starts in my bed and either ends up with Cullan or on the couch in between the two of us. Where Cullan is you will find Maddie especially if he has his snack cup. He feeds her all the time. Feeds her his dinner (i have to put her away now when he eats) and gives her his snacks but if she snatches his Animal cracker from him.... Total meltdown and then he is Mad at her for all of a few mins. So here she has knocked him down and he is feeding her snacks and giggling!

When he gets tired of her he goes to his house. Cullan is sticking his tongue out at her.

As I was loading the diaper bag for us to go see Dr. Wexler for his 1 year check up Cullan got his Grill out and started running around the living room with it... back to my point that he NEVER stops.

Chance and Kim came out after the Doctor and we took advantage of the beautiful day and ran errand, went shopping and shipped Chris his box from Cullan and I.

1 Year Update: Cullan is doing great. He weighs 21.5 Pounds and is 30.5 Inches. He is now on whole Milk and pretty much off baby food. He only eats baby food sometimes. He got 4 shots this time and by the evening was running a little fever and very cranky.

Friday we spent the day with Chance and Kim as we do most Friday's. I took Kim to Town Center in SugarLand for her Birthday lunch at a Mexican resturant and then we walked around and had pumpkin Spice Latte's. The boys are sitting at a table but it looks like they are at the bar.. lol

He has 2 teeth now, the bottom 2.

I was getting ready and found him running around in his PJ pants carrying my coach purse and a tampon. I know his Daddy is gonna hate this picuture, too much time with Mommy.

While we were playing with Chance and Kim Cullan started dancing to the backyardigans. Chance was clapping and putting his hands up in the air!! They are soo cute together. Cullan loves his Aunti Kim!

A Weekend of Celebration

What a Fabulous Weekend!!! Labor Day was Cullan's first Bday party which was a blast. Chris called in Via Skype and was able to see Cullan blow out his candle and open a few gifts. Everyone took turns talking to him.

Mom's Wedding was Beautiful. We all had a blast!!! Cullan hung in until 9pm and then Grandpat and Nene took him home. I have to say i partied a little too hard but it was worth it.
